Application

This hygienic station is used for hand and boot sanitary processing at the moment of entering the working space and only for boot disinfection at the moment of leaving the working space.

Design Features

-The station is fully made of stainless steel AISI 304
-Automatic dispenser of soap which is activated when both hands are raised
-Rinsing device is automatically activated and water is supplied when both hands are raised
-Automatic Airblade-type hand dryer. The station can be optionally completed with a paper towel dispenser and wastebasket
-Automatic dispenser of disinfectant liquid which is activated when both hands are raised
-Two rolling brushes with autofeed of disinfectant liquid for boot cleaning -Turngate opens the way to the working space only after the full cycle of disinfection
-Control system is on the microcontroller 

Description of the process 

“Entrance” zone Hand washing, rinsing and drying. At the entrance to the working area a worker stands on a special drain grid and raises both hands to a soap dispenser. After activation of sensors the soap is dispensed to both hands. The next step is a procedure of rinsing the hands. After rinsing a worker dries hands with automatic Airblade-type dryer and goes to the next stage of disinfection. 
Boot disinfection. A worker stands on brushes which start rolling after the activation of the sensor. Autofeed of the disinfectant liquid provides the intensive cleaning of boots 
Hand disinfection. A worker raises both hands to the disinfectant liquid dispenser. After activation of the sensors the disinfectant liquid is dispensed on hands and the turngate allows entering. Brushes continue rolling with pure water for cleaning boots 
Exit from the working area. On the way from the working area the turngate is always unblocked. When a worker turns the turngate bar, the brushes start rolling, disinfectant liquid with water is automatically given to brushes for effective boot cleaning. Hand cleaning is not performed.
