Application

This hygienic station is used for hand and boot disinfection at the moment of entering the working space and only for boot disinfection at the moment of leaving the working space simultaneously at two autonomous zones.

Design Features

- The station is made of stainless steel AISI 304
- Two autonomous zones Automatic dispenser of liquid soap which is activated when two hands are raised
- Automatic hand washer with water automatically dispensed when two hands are raised
- Automatic Airblade-type hand dryer
- Automatic dispenser of disinfectant liquid which is activated when two hands are raised
- Two pairs of rolling brushes with autofeed of disinfectant liquid for boot cleaning
- Turngate opens the way to the working space only after the full cycle of disinfection
- Control system is on the microcontroller 

Description of the process 

Entrance to the working area is allowed only after the full cycle of disinfection 
“Entrance” zone Hand disinfection. At the entrance to the working area a worker steps onto a foot board and raises both hands to the soap dispenser. After activation of the sensors the soap is dispensed on hands and the turngate allows passing to the next stages of disinfection 
Hand rinsing and drying. The next step is a procedure of rinsing the hands, the washer is activated with the sensor and the water is supplied. After rinsing a worker dries hands with an automatic Airblade-type drier and goes to the next stage of disinfection.
Boot disinfection. A worker stands on brushes which start rolling after the activation of the sensor. Autofeed of the disinfectant liquid provides the intensive cleaning of boots 
Hand disinfection. A worker stands on the brushes and raises both hands to the disinfectant liquid dispenser. After activation of the sensors the disinfectant liquid is dispensed on hands and the turngate allows entering. Brushes continue rolling with pure water for cleaning boots 
Exit from the working area through the exit zone. On the way from the working area a workerstands on brushes which start rolling after the activation of the sensor. Autofeed of the disinfectant liquid provides the intensive cleaning of boots. After boot cleaninga worker stands on the drain grid, then turns the turngate bar and leaves the working area. The turngate is unblocked for the exit only during the brushes rolling. Hand disinfection is not performed.
